On July 17, 2025, at the session of the Second Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine interviews were held and the results of the qualification assessment of five candidates for the positions of judges of the appellate commercial courts were determined.
Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission made the following decisions:

In total, interviews were conducted with 62 candidates: 31 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the commercial court of appeal, 15 candidates did not confirm this ability and interviews with 16 candidates will be held in the plenary session of the Commission.
