
On April 22, 2026, the First and Second Chambers of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered an issue of submitting a recommendation for secondment of judges to other courts of the same level and specialisation for the administration of justice.
Due to the excessive caseload, the Commission decided to submit a proposal to the High Council of Justice recommending the secondment to the Commercial Court of Kyiv Oblast for a period of one year of:
- Anton Ivanov, a judge of the Commercial Court of Luhansk Oblast;
- Dina Ohorodnik, a judge of the Commercial Court of Donetsk Oblast;
- Roman Romaniuk, a judge of the Commercial Court of Rivne Oblast;
- Svitlana Fursova, a judge of the Commercial Court of Donetsk Oblast.
Due to the excessive caseload, the Commission will submit a proposal to the High Council of Justice recommending the secondment of Snizhana Stepanova, a judge of the Central District Court of Mariupol City, Donetsk Oblast, to the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv City.
Due to changes in the territorial jurisdiction of court cases, the Commission has decided to submit a proposal to the High Council of Justice recommending the secondment, for a period of one year, of Vladlena Kornіeіeva, a judge of the Dobropillia City and District Court of Donetsk Oblast to the Amur-Nyzhnodniprovskyi District Court of Dnipro City.
The Commission also decided to submit a proposal to the High Council of Justice recommending the early termination of the secondment of Viktoriia Shyian, a judge of the Livoberezhnyi District Court of Mariupol City, Donetsk Oblast, to the Novokodatskyi District Court of Dnipro City, and simultaneously to second her to the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv City for a period of one year.
