On April 22, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in plenary session, considered the issue of terminating the qualification assessment of Oleksandr Dziuba, a judge of the Dnipro District Court of Kyiv City, regarding his suitability for the position held.
Based on the results of the session, the Commission decided to terminate the qualification assessment of Oleksandr Dziuba, a judge of the Dnipro District Court of Kyiv City.
