On April 22, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in plenary session, considered the issue of confirming the ability of three candidates to administer justice at the Odesa Court of Appeal.
Dmytro Tsekhan and Nataliia Varakina have confirmed their ability to administer justice at the Odesa Court of Appeal.
Regarding Oleh Shkuta, a break in the consideration of the issue has been announced.
Please be reminded that 50 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 23 vacant judicial positions at the Odesa Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 49 candidates for the Odesa Court of Appeal: 20 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 15 candidates failed to confirm it, and 14 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary session of the Commission. One candidate withdrew from the competition.
