At the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine held on December 08, 2025, recommendations for appointments to the Transcarpathian Court of Appeal were made.
Based on the results of the competition announced by the Commission on
September 14, 2023, 10 winners received recommendations, namely:

- Nataliia Dubchak;
- Vitalii Kost;
- Ivan Kotubei;
- Vitalii Maliuk;
- Oksana Marhytych;
- Kateryna Mushak;
- Oleksandr Rublia;
- Viktoriia Sova;
- Vasyl Shevchuk.
