On July 25, 2025, the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine held an interview and determined the results of the qualification assessment of Asen Adamov within the competition for the position of judge of the administrative court of appeal.
Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the candidate scored 716,1 points. The issue of confirming the ability of Asen Adamov to administer justice in the administrative court of appeal was submitted to the Commission for consideration in plenary session.
A total of 67 candidates were interviewed: 38 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the administrative court of appeal, 22 candidates did not confirm their ability, and 7 candidates will be interviewed by the Commission in plenary session.
