
On August 11, 2025, at the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issue of confirming the ability of two candidates for the position of judge to administer justice in the Sumy Court of Appeal, one candidate in the Zhytomyr Court of Appeal, and two candidates in the Court of Appeal was considered.
Based on the results of the session, the Commission took the following decisions:

In total, 81 candidates were interviewed for the competition to the commercial courts of appeal: 59 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the commercial court of appeal, 21 candidates did not confirm this, and 1 candidate will be interviewed at the plenary session of the Commission.
In the competition for the Zhytomyr Court of Appeal, interviews were conducted with 22 candidates: 11 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in a general court of appeal, 7 candidates did not confirm this, and interviews with 4 candidates will be held at the plenary session of the Commission.
In the competition for the Sumy Court of Appeal, interviews were conducted with 14 candidates: 7 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in a general court of appeal, 4 candidates did not confirm this, and interviews with 3 candidates will be held at the plenary session of the Commission.
