On March 18, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in plenary session considered the issue of termination of the qualification assessment of Ihor Ratushniak, a judge of the Tyvriv District Court of Vinnytsia Oblast, for compliance with the position held.
As a result of the session, the Commission decided to terminate the qualification assessment of Ihor Ratushnіak, a judge of Tyvriv District Court of Vinnytsia Oblast.
